Sundae is a content marketing agency marrying influencer assets and performance media practices to drive results for brands. It’s a pioneering business; we are breaking down barriers for clients between performance and influencer marketing and pushing the influencer industry to be more accountable to client budgets and business results.
The Project Management Director will play a key role at Sundae, running point on content & clients, and driving business performance. You will be working closely with the CEO as we build this company.
You should be a self-starter, a multi-tasker, and a person who leverages opportunities through charisma, willpower, and a desire to win. The ideal candidate will have excelled in a start-up or digital agency environment, someone who can satisfy the needs and urgency of good work, happy clients, and being a profitable, irreplaceable contributor to a small business with big ambitions.
7-10 years in a production, account management, or project management role
Exceptional organization, prioritization, time management skills, and a strong attention to detail
Must be fluent in social media practices and a lover of the internet
Must be able to demonstrate ideas and initiatives in deck form and give solid presentations that get your ideas adopted
Radiate confidence and enthusiasm
Wants to win, self-motivated, extremely flexible and able to deal with rapid change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Manage Sundae influencer staff, agency partners, and SaaS platform relationships
Oversee the Sundae Studio budget, schedules, and staffing. Responsible for maintaining high caliber of quality and efficient content (editorial, design, copywriting)
Keep clients informed of program status
Run regular client status meetings (influencer, media performance, budget, schedule)

Establish pitch and program budgets
Contribute to SOW development for new and existing clients
Oversee profitable deployment of agency resources, freelancers, vendors, and media expenditures to achieve program success, keep clients coming back, and earn more revenue for the business
